This website collects information you choose to submit through estimate and feedback forms. Estimate requests may include contact information, project details, a vehicle VIN, address information, and uploaded photos.

Use of information

Submitted information is intended to be used to respond to your request, evaluate the project, provide service, and maintain necessary business records.

Uploads

Reference photos should be stored in private cloud storage and accessed only as needed by authorized personnel. Production retention periods should be confirmed with Randy’s Glass before launch.

Third-party services

The production site may use Cloudflare for hosting/security and an email-delivery provider for form notifications. Final production configuration should document those processors and any analytics used.
